EPS Collating, Bagging and Stacking

Expanded polystyrene is light and cheap and does not warrent the need for manual downstream handling. This is one technique for collating square trays into a matrix which is then pushed into preformed polytubing.

After the tube is end-sealed the pack is transferred to a stacking area. Thereafter the stack can be conveyed and accumulated before loading into road transport.

Odd shapes can be collated but individual consideration needs working up to justify cost effectiveness.
